Meet the Owner
I'm Tracie Kinney, a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and owner of Vitality Health and Wellness in Fishers, IN. My healthcare education started at Jackson Community College in 2003 where I obtained my Associate degree in Nursing and became a registered nurse. IN 2008 I went back to school at I Indiana Wesleyan University to obtain my BSN and then earned my Master’s degree in Nursing in 2018 at Indiana University. I have loved every aspect of my nursing career. My grandfather was a small town doctor and also graduated from Indiana University.
My experience includes: medical surgical nursing, pre and post op surgical care. Urgent care, case management and preoperative medicine.
I am certified through Evexias for Men’s and Women’s hormone replacement therapy, Gut health and Thyroid management. I am recently certified through Empire Medical Training for Botox, filler and aesthetics.
I am passionate about helping my patients feel and look their best. I will strive to provide the best care possible through continued learning, safe practices and individual treatment plans.
When I am not at work I am a mother of 4 amazing boys, 3 awesome daughter in laws, and 4 wonderful grandchildren. I enjoy camping, fishing, pickleball, traveling, especially to the beach, and reading.

Marwan Mustaklem, M.D.
Medical DirectorDr. Marwan Mustaklem is a board-certified internal medicine physician with a focus on hormone balancing, overall wellness, and preventive medicine. He is also board certified in anti-aging and regenerative medicine. He has received training and certification from the A4M.
In his free time, Dr. Mustaklem enjoys spending time with his wife and kids in the Fishers area.
